How can we practice showing love in our daily lives?

I will give you a scenario. If you have a loved one or close friend that may be going through a difficult time. During this time you can show support by being patient and kind with them by the words you use and the actions you take. For example, committing to checking in on them or doing a kind gesture like creating a care package.
